School Kitchen Supervisor/Cook - Upottery Primary School 

NJC Grade £13.47 - £13.68 an hour - permanent, term-time only / 22 hours & 50 minutes per week, 39 weeks per year

The Devon Moors Federation is an eight school federation. It consists of Clyst Hydon, Copplestone, Filleigh, Kilmington, Lympstone, Shute, Spreyton & Upottery Primary School.

Upottery Primary School is a village primary school situated in East Devon with 84 on roll. We have four mixed year classes, including a foundation stage unit. We are a happy and welcoming school, and believe that learning is an experience to be enjoyed. Our children are enthusiastic and eager to learn, and we have a dedicated and supportive team of staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate Kitchen Supervisor/Cook to lead our friendly kitchen at our small primary school. Although employed directly by the school, you will work in partnership with Educatering, our professional school catering support provider. This unique arrangement gives you the opportunity to become an important part of the school community while benefiting from the expertise, training, menu development and ongoing support of an experienced school catering team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in preparing fresh, nutritious meals, and values the reassurance of having experienced colleagues to support them when needed.
