6.5 hours per week - 38 weeks per year

Permanent - Grade C £13.26 to £13.69 per hour depending on experience

The Devon Moors Federation is an established eight-maintained school federation. It consists of Clyst Hydon, Copplestone, Filleigh, Kilmington, Lympstone, Shute, Spreyton and Upottery Primary Schools. We are also part of the United Schools Learning Partnership Co-Operative Trust, which we joined in February 2018.

We are seeking an After-School Club Co-ordinator to run the club at Copplestone Primary School, ideally from September 2025. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be responsible for running the after-school club every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2 hours & 10 minutes each day, during term time only. The club runs from 3.30 to 5.30pm. You will follow a timetable of activities agreed with the Head of School and will be responsible for setting up and packing away before and after the club. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and able to communicate well with children and parents. The school has extensive outdoor play areas and an indoor space for the club, and the parents are very supportive of this provision.

A qualification in paediatric first aid is desirable but not essential as the relevant training will be provided if necessary.

Please use the application pack below and view our Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy. You can also apply via Devon Jobs. Only applications completed using the DCC Non-Teaching Staff application form will be considered. Do not send a CV. Please send applications to the Federation Business Manager, Mrs Stefanie Hastie, on stef@devonmoorsfederation.devon.sch.uk

The Devon Moors Federation is an equal opportunities employer, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and an enhanced disclosure is required for this post.
